Hi, I’m Candice!

Hi, I’m Candice! I specialise in all things within the marketing scope, including paid and organic campaigns, website design, copywriting and graphic design. I am based in the gorgeous Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, Australia.

With great delight, I develop effective technical and creative marketing strategies for brands. Working harmoniously alongside directors and colleagues, I build brands to be seen, remembered, trusted and adored, converting the curious into customers.

My career journey has certainly been a diverse one. I’ve always enjoyed channelling my creativity and tech knowledge into personal and work projects. When Instagram launched, I created an account and an e-commerce store to sell my homemade candles, lip balms and jewellery. I used influencers to market my products, learning very quickly about the new digital landscape that would soon change consumer behaviour in the years to come.

I’ve been an editor-in-chief, writer and advertising manager for publishing houses, a marketing and events director for various industries and a content marketer for international agencies. Whilst working for these companies, I was freelancing on the side. In January 2023, I launched a wellness brand, BEST CELLF, putting my skills to the test with a store of my own.

Something I have learned about myself throughout my career journey is my desire for diversity. I love designing, I love writing and I love geeking out on strategic campaigns; however, I need these on rotation - not on repeat. Marketing fulfils my need for variety to continuously fuel my creativity and stimulate my mind.

2020 was a whirlwind, with me moving from Australia to the UK right before the pandemic hit. Being stuck in lockdown on the other side of the world made me appreciate the simple but important things, like family, friends, and the power of creativity. But I finally made it back home to Australia, where I'm using my international marketing expertise to help local businesses flourish.
